Band Biographies
Hanna’s Reef is THE premier "Gulf Coast Beach Band." Based out of the Galveston Bay-Port Arthur area, this band knows firsthand about life on the Texas coast. In fact, the band's name comes from a popular fishing spot in Galveston Bay, near where the band members live. Hanna's Reef blends a mixture of their own extensive catalog of original beach (and sailing) songs, with classic Jimmy Buffett cover tunes. And to round things out, they throw in other fun "tropical" cover tunes to complete their repertoire.
PensaCola Steel performs exciting island, tropical, beach and Buffett music on beautiful sparkling chrome Caribbean steel drums.
SOLO TROP ROCK ARTIST - DON’T YOU WANT TO ESCAPE TO THE ISLANDS
Steven Youngblood will take you on a tropical trip, with his
original music, plus Jimmy Buffett song’s and many more tropical and country songs. Steven has been named the Nautical Cowboy
(he rides the sea) with original music like “Guitars & Fishing Poles” (a
story of Steven’s life) and one of his favorites “Hope My Ship Comes In Before My Dock Rots” (a great story about growing old looking for love).
Captain Josh specializes in Beach/Country/Pop music along with a few oldies, light rock, Trop-Rock, and sing-a-longs. Yes, Captain Josh really is a USCG Licensed Captain too.
Not your average gulf coast/tropics band,
but we do indeed cover many of the traditional Buffett-style numbers. We
are a four member group consisting of USCG Captain Bill Crouch on lead
guitar and vocals, Jim Stephan on bass guitar and vocals, Blake Webster
on rhythm, and lead guitar and vocals, and Eddie Wells on drums. Island Brothers
The Island Brothers is a band made up of members who were born on various islands. Hence, the name of the group. Ted Pabo is from the Garden Isle of Kauai. John Goleta is from the island of Oahu. Greg is from the island of Manhattan. That's right, Manhattan is a real island.
