The PHunFest is drawing near;
please remember to check the Web site after September 8th for your
tent slot. If you sent along a SASE with your application, your parking
permit and artist/vendor badge(s) will be in the mail to you by 14
September.
If you requested power, please remember to bring power extension cords
of at least 25 feet as power is limited and you will have to run your
extension quite a distance.
Just a reminder on tent setup…
1) You must setup your tent only in your allocated slot.
2) You may begin to setup at 7 AM.
3) No egress from the parking lot will be allowed after 9 AM.
4) Breakdown begins at 6 PM.
5) You are allowed only one parking slot, which will be assigned by
the committee. Please do not park in any other slot.
6) You may bring a cooler with beverages and food for your own personal
consumption.
7) All other stipulations not specifically noted here, but annotated
on the Craft Artist and Vendor Criteria and Restrictions signed form
apply.
We hope that you will enjoy the day and that it will be most profitable
for you and for Fisher House!
Note: No further updates will be made to this
PHunFest map. We will however, continue to accept applications for
tent slots through 19 Sept or until all slots are filled. Slots
with access to electric are extremely limited. |
